Can we bill retainer clients and project clients differently?
Yes. Retainer work runs through trust account deposits and draws, or fixed-price items; project work runs through hourly time. Each client can have their own invoice template, so retainer clients see one layout and project clients see another.
Can we control what shows on the invoice?
Yes. Invoice templates control numbering, logo, header and footer text, which columns appear, how billable time, expenses, and fixed-price items are labeled and ordered, and whether a detailed entry page is included. Templates can be set per client.
Can we pull hours from Jira?
Yes. Through our JIRA integration, Jira worklogs import into EnterYourHours and map to your clients, projects, and activities. Imported worklogs become billable entries without re-keying.
Can we keep freelancers from seeing rates or other clients' work?
Yes. Roles control whether a user can see bill rate or pay rate information at all. Teams control which clients a user can see and bill against. Freelancers can be scoped to their own entries on a single client.
