Multi-Task Billing Timer

The Multi-Task Billing Timer is a virtual stopwatch that can be started by clicking the Start Timer link in the Time & Sales Screen:

You can run the timer for up to 24 hours for any client. The EnterYourHours.com system's timer has the added feature of letting you track time on multiple clients throughout the day. You can pause one client, and start another, and then pause the second client, and return to the first. You can perform these actions for up to 10 clients at the same time.

It's impossible to have time running on more than two timers at once. In other words, either all, or all but one running timer will be paused.

Using the Multi-Task Timer
Open the timer form from the Time & Sales Screen, if you haven't already done so. Once you have the Timer Screen open, select the desired client and project, and click the Add Timer button. As you need to track time on other clients, simply select additional clients and projects and click Add Timer for each one. You can pause and start any client's timer as many times as you'd like. When you are done with a particular client/project you can click the Record link for that timer, and the hours will be saved automatically for that client's timer.

The timer will even convert the time to the closest increment allowed (as configured in General Settings by you or another administrator).
The Timer Form is on its own page so you can continue using the EnterYourHours.com System while it is running. You do not need to stay on the Time & Sales screen.
