There are two ways to view your hours, both of which are under the History Section on the Time & Sales Screen. If you are not currently on the Time & Sales Screen, you can access it by clicking the Time & Sales Tab. At the bottom of the Time & Sales, the Hours Tab will show you all the details of your hourly entries, and the summary tab will give you a quick snapshot of your totals for clients, days, and weeks. If you see a Load Button appear on either one of these tabs, simply click it.
A Load Button appearing on any screen means an administrator chose to block this screen from pre-loading data. This is a performance setting intended to enhance the overall speed of this screen.
Hours Tab
The Hours Tab lists every hourly entry you've made. You can filter, search, and sort this list in a variety of way. See the Filtering/Searching/Sorting Your Hours section for more details. By default, however, the list will show only work that you've entered under your account, and will be sorted by date, with the latest work date on top. The amount of entries you will see will be based on the Settings Performance Tabs configuration. Administrators who wish to speed up performance may elect to limit the number of historical items that show up by default.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see the total hours for the entire list.
The date displayed in the list is the date of the work, which is determined when you enter an hourly work item. If you enter hours for work done on a date prior to other entries, the entry will appear lower on the list.
Summary Tab
If you want a quick snapshot of how you are doing across all the days of a week, as well as how your work hours for one client stacks up against the others, the Summary Tab is the place to go. Each table in this tab represents a week of work.
As an administrator you can filter, search, and sort this list in a variety of way. See the Filtering/Searching/Sorting Your Hours section for more details. By default, however, the list will show only the work that you've entered under your account, and will be sorted by date, with the latest week on top.
