The login screen for the application is the first screen you see. If you have multiple users for your company, they all will put the same company name into the company field. When you first download the app, the link at the bottom will take you to a registration form. After you register, the link at the bottom takes you to the full browser version of the system.

The main menu is where you jump in quickly to the task at hand. You can enter hours, a fixed-price item, or an expense. You can also view hours or invoices, or create a new invoice from hours and expenses entered. The main menu is also where you log out of the system.

Client Selection

Whether your need to enter hours, expenses, or fixed-priced items, or view history, or create or view invoice, the first step is selecting a client. If the client doesn't exist yet, simply click the + button at the top. Don't worry if you want to add more detail. You can do that with the web-based portal for the software.

Invoice Preview

When viewing invoices, you see the actual PDF (with our built-in PDF viewer) of the invoice. On the same screen you can email the invoice with the press of a button (make sure to set up the billing contact email for your client from the web portal).
