Full Name (Required)
The full name for your worker. The original account used to sign-up for EnterYourHours.com will have the name "Admin" populated in this field, but you can change that at any time.

Company Name
This field is useful if you are paying a worker corp to corp.

Address Info
These fields are purely for reference purposes.

Email (Required)
This field is especially important if you use the EnterYourHours.com system to email out login credentials or payroll reports to your worker.

Phone
This field is mostly for informational purposes but if you an EnterYourHours.com that includes the mobile feature, you can look up a worker's phone number via the EnterYourHours.com mobile interface.

Cell Phone
This field is mostly for informational purposes but if you an EnterYourHours.com that includes the mobile feature, you can look up a worker's phone number via the EnterYourHours.com mobile interface.

Website
This field is purely for reference purposes.

SSN#:
This field is purely for reference purposes. Keep in mind that EnterYourHours.com is SSL encrypted and all data is stored in a secured data center. For more information see our Information Security Policy.

Lifetime Revenue
This is a non-editable field that shows the total revenue for the work performed by this worker.

Lifetime Cost
This is a non-editable field that shows the total cost for the work performed by this worker.

Lifetime GP and Lifetime GP %
These are non-editable fields representing the total gross profit of a worker.

Hourly Rate
This is where you set the hourly rate for the worker. You can set override rates for particular clients from the Worker List.

Login/Password
This is where you can set the worker's login credentials.

Administrator & Team Leader Checkboxes
These check boxes determine permissions. Administrators can perform all system functions. Team leaders can edit and adjust hours. For more information on Administrators, see the Types of Administrator topic. For more information on team leaders, see the Team Leaders topic.
